Address written correspondence as follows:

To the President and the Governor: President Joe Biden; Governor Charlie Baker. The salutation should be: Dear President Biden; Dear Governor Baker.

To U.S. and state senators and representatives: The Honorable First name Last name. The salutation should be: Dear Senator/Representative Last name.
